Mission
JCAP is a
program that facilitates participation in athletics for ECE (Exceptional
Child Education) students in Jefferson County Public Schools. This program
is specifically designed for the ECE student, who otherwise would not have
the opportunity to be a part of an athletic team. The program is to foster
a sense of motivation for those students who need it the most. The object
of JCAPP is not winning but participating. In the program it is important
to encourage the students to TRY!!
