Team Structures
Students and teachers are organized into teams to form a smaller group within each grade. Team teachers collaborate to provide common expectations and routines for students as well as to plan team-building and reward activities for the students. Teams also plan interdisciplinary units and connections across content to give students a more comprehensive, holistic perspective. Teams give students a home base and sense of family within the school.
