These Magnet Program classes are designed for students who have an interest in the visual and performing arts.
For sixth-grade students, the courses generally last for one semester.
For seventh- and eighth-grade students, most Magnet Program classes are scheduled for one full year.
Students are in visual and performing arts classes one hour and participate on academic teams for five hours each school day.
In order to be eligible for consideration for the Noe Middle School Visual and Performing Arts Magnet Program, a student must have:
- maintained at least a 3.2 grade point average in grade four and first part of grade five and;
- demonstated good attendance, good attitude, and good behavior.
