Future Problem Solving

Students work as a team discovering rich and varied ways of thinking, students experience the excitement of creative thinking and the thrill of resolving difficult problems with unique solutions. During interscholastic competitions, the students work together to present original and creative proposals under tight deadlines. The booklet format is used to prepare us for Governor's Cup competitions.

Requirements

Open to all 6th, 7th, and 8th graders. Tryouts are held in mid-September. Students must maintain a 2.0 GPA and have a keen interest in joining.

Time Frame

Meetings are held once weekly 2:30 -4:00 p.m. and run from mid-September to early March.

Cost

There is a $13.00 to cover competition fees.
