| The Jeffersontown Police Department sponsors the D.A.R.E. Program for eighth-grade students at CMS. Students participate in a nine-week session led by two J-Town police officers. Role playing, discussion, workbook completion, and an essay are all parts of the program. Students who successfully complete all requirements participate in D.A.R.E. graduation at the conclusion of the program and receive trophies for their efforts. We also thank the city of Jeffersontown that assists with the funding of this program. | ||||
