Doss High School opened its doors in the fall of 1967 at 7601 St. Andrews Church Road, Louisville, KY. Today, Doss High School is centered in a community rich in industry and technology and has programs that are enhanced by its close proximity to Jefferson Community and Technical College Southwest Campus, the University of Louisville, and regional medical facilities. Doss is also in proximity to the vast resources of the Riverport Authority.

In addition to its regular academic programs, Doss provides honors, Advanced Placement (AP), and college credit courses for students. Students are also able to receive numerous industry standard certifications.

All students at Doss are enrolled in one of 5 Schools of Study. They include:

• Freshman Academy
• School of Business Leadership
• School of Emerging Technologies
• School of Computer Support and Service
• School of Arts and Sciences

Technology is supported through a wireless campus and 8 state-of-the-art computer labs.
