Slacks/Capris/Shorts
|
Colors: solid navy, black, khaki
Fabric: twill, cotton, polyester, corduroy
Styles: Hems for shorts must be no more than 2" above knee. No cargo, painter pants, or overalls. Slacks may not have cell phone or side/back leg pockets.

Skirts/Skorts/Jumpers

Colors: solid navy, black, khaki

Shirts/Blouses
|
Colors: solid navy, black, white, green, gold. SBDM approved Wilder Wear, and other acceptable shirts listed under miscellaneous other acceptable section below.
Styles: Knit polo/golf, dress shirt, button down oxford cloth (long or short-sleeved), turtle neck, or mock turtle neck. Must be tucked in at all times. NO sleeveless shirts.

Sweaters
|
Colors: solid navy, black, white, green, gold,
Styles: Crew neck, v-neck, cardigan, or vest. If removed, shirt underneath must conform to shirt/blouse uniform code. No sweaters with hoods will be allowed to be worn during instructional time.

Sweatshirts
|
Colors: solid navy, black, white, green, gold, or SBDM approved Wilder Wear
Styles: Crew or v-neck. If removed, shirt underneath must conform to shirt/blouse uniform colde. No sweatshirts with hoods will be allowed to be worn during instructional time.

|
Sweatpants
|
SBDM approved Wilder Wear sweatpants purchased during the 2008-09 school year only. Must be appropriate fit. No rolled up legs. Shirts must be tucked in at all times. |
|
Belts
|
Must be worn with clothing that has belt loops. No oversized buckles may be worn. Required for grades 3, 4, and 5. Optional for K-2.

|
Socks/Tights
|
Colors: solid white,cream, navy, or black. Ankle length leggings must be worn with socks. |
|
Shoes
|
Must be worn at all times. Must be appropriate for the activities of the day and not affect the safety of the child.
Not permissible: Flip-flops, shower shoes, house shoes, crocs, clogs, jellies, sandals, backless shoes, or wheelies. |

Coats/Outerwear
|
Outer garments such as coats, jackets, windbreakers, and fleece-wear may not be worn in the classroom. Hats/caps and gloves must be removed during instructional time.Students are encouraged to keep a dress code approved sweater or sweatshirt in their locker for classroom use. |

Miscellaneous
|
Earrings must be limited to small loop/post style only for safety. A small chain may be worn if it is not large and distracting. No excessive make-up or glitter, scarves, bandanas, or sunglasses. Logos or sports symbols are not allowed on shirts, blouses, jumpers, sweatshirts, or sweaters. The only exception is our school logo, logos on tennis shoes, and small logos at the waistline or pockets of pants, skirts, and shorts. No colored t-shirts may be worn under uniform shirts. You may wear a long sleeved Wilder uniform colored turtleneck or mock turtleneck under a short sleeve uniform shirt. Scouting uniforms are permitted on meeting days. Club-wear shirts, i.e. Chess Club, STLs, Fun Run, Jump Rope for Heart, and AR, will be permitted as part of the uniform. All clothing must be sized to fit. |
