Every child should have a place where they are welcomed; where they know they are valued, respected, and safe. Kerrick Elementary School is that place. The classrooms are filled with curious and eager children who are guided by caring and highly effective teachers who are also instructional masters and artful teachers. We use a wide range of books, materials, and technologies to engage students in learning and spark their interest in more. Our kids like coming here to learn.

The school is as beautiful on the outside as in. Kerrick is nestled between an old forest and a large manicured field all part of the school’s campus. We have begun gardening and art projects in the court yard and learning frequently extends beyond the classroom walls.

Our motto is “Where Kerrick-ter Grows.” Your child’s learning will be rooted in strong academics, and their development shaped by the principles of Kerrick-ter: Kindness, Empathy, Respect, Responsibility, Integrity, Caring, Knowledge, Teamwork, Equity, and Reliability.
