Our students, staff and parents worked together to display how our gardens offer a Montessori learning experience for our International Peace Day Celebration.

- Our students prepared and offered sample tastes to everyone! We had the following:

Us/Native American: Three Sisters Soup, Russian Potato Salad, Mexico: 2 kinds of Salsa, Cuba: Sweet potatoes & Pinto Beans & Rice with Corn, Asian Snap Peas

Countries/people being represented: Cuba, Asia, Mexico, Russia and Native Americans.

THANK YOU to YUM! Brands (Video and more), Muhammad Ali Center and Whole Foods for enabling us to have such a wonderful Peace Day Celebration.
