Dear Parents\Guardians,

Some things for you to be involved in and help us out:

• Thanks to Mr. Hagan for his constant assistance in motivating and getting our studetns here every day. Kids cannot learn if they are always missing school or tardy. Please continue to send a note with your child if he/she is absent explaining why they were absent. This helps cut down on all the phone calls we receive each day. Also, thanks to all of you who are working with us and NOT taking your child out of school after 3:15. From 3:15-3:45 is an extremely busy time of the day ad if you need to change your child's transportation, please send a note. We discourage any time out of school so please continue to work with us.
• Also, make sure you are marking your calendars for Conference Day Februray 15th from 9:00-4:00. Check with your child's teacher for more information.
