School Profile

Chenoweth Elementary is a school on a mission. Our staff is committed to the success of every child. All students participate in structured, rigorous literacy instruction during APPLE (Academic Program Promoting Learning and Excellence) time. Students receive instruction based on their specific literacy needs. Chenoweth is a place where staff members, students, parents and the community members work together so that students reach their full potential. Chenoweth believes in developing the strengths of every student. Each week, students participate in creative arts classes (visual arts, music, dance or drama), computer lab, health and physical education, Spanish, library and our award winning science lab and outdoor classroom. We believe that students need to be engaged in their learning.
