Ms. Brown explained her goals to the eager group, and then everyone participated in several interactive activities to learn more about themselves and their co-workers. The goals of the day were to:

· Provide interactive feedback between staff and principal.

· Develop a network support system for staff in State Agency Schools.

· Discuss expectations and philosophy for staff in State Agency Schools.

Everyone came away from the day feeling energized and positive about their jobs.
