Softball is a Girls Spring sport designed for all grade levels and abilities that competes locally. Our team is a parent-sponsored team. We play teams in Jefferson and surrounding counties. We have a Varsity and a JV team. Our JV team won the City Championship last year. Practices - teach the fundamentals in hitting, fielding, pitching, and base running. Games - Play schools from the Jefferson County Area. Usually 10-12 games a year and an end of the year tournament.
6th, 7th, and 8th Grade. Students must participate in the tryouts; complete a physical; and maintain a 2.0 GPA.
1st meeting beginning of October. Tryouts in October. Practices - November through May. Games - March through May. Practices and game times will vary.
$150 per player
