





The Noe Cougars consists of 12 to 15 young men who will play 11 regular season games and possibly 3 post season games. Practice and all games are scheduled in the afternoon and evenings. Practice schedule to be announced at tryouts. All games are played after school, on Thursday afternoons.
Practices - teach the art of shooting, dribbling, passing, defense
Games - play schools from around Jefferson County.
While it is encouraged to support your child's team, it is equally encouraged to make sure that all support is positive and direct at the improvement of the enjoyment of the game for all of the boyss.
It is never acceptable for any member of the Noe Middle Basketball team to disrespect any team mate, opposing player, opposing coach, or official. Failure to follow this rule will result in immediate disciplinary action. Coaches will handle all questions with opposing team, coach, or officials.
Students must attend a 3 day tryout and be selected for the team. Paper work is in the office. Students must have a physical, maintain a 2.0 GPA, no U's in conduct, and provide a parental consent form.

An activity fee, as of yet an undetermined amount, is to be paid when the athlete is chosen to play on the team. The players will also take part in a boys’ basketball fundraiser to raise money for their shoes and other activities that the team will be involved in during the season.
