Accelerated Reader (AR)
|
Accelerated Reader is used in a variety of ways by classroom teachers. Three or four times a year the library awards prizes to students who have earned 25, 50, 100, 250 or 500 points. At the end of the year, a drawing is held for a $ 25 gift certificate. Students are entered in the drawing once for every 100 points they have earned.
