Students who qualify for Exceptional Child Educational services may participate in a collaborative classroom setting or a resource setting to meet their educational needs. In the collaborative setting students are enrolled in comprehensive program classes. These students have the advantage of having two teachers, the subject area teacher as well as an E.C.E. teacher, to instruct the core curriculum. The resource setting affords students the opportunity to receive instruction in areas of academic difficulty in a small group, usually 8 students per class.
