Hannah Seaver wins the 2015 Congressional Art Competition for the 3rd Congressional District in Kentucky.

  Her portrait, "In the Shadows" will hang in Congressman John Yarmuth's Louisville office for one year. Congressman Yarmuth awarded Hannah a certificate and said, "out of 1500 votes, Hannah's photograph recieved over half of all the votes!"
