If you were at Eastern High School during the five school days honored as “SPIRIT WEEK,” you witnessed the highest concentration of pride for our school in the most extravagant ways possible. Each day, the student body dressed in the most intricate attire representing a certain predetermined theme, for example; “class ID,” “mismatch,” “hillbilly,” “toga,” and “blue and white” day. It was really something to behold.
The students truly gave their all to raise the confidence of our beloved football team. As some of the pictures on this page clearly display, our school spirit is truly unmatched. Our ensembles were completely ridiculous, our hopes and spirits at their highest, and our energy focused toward one common goal; a win in that infamous homecoming game.
Even those who weren’t fortunate enough to make it out to the game could feel the excitement every day of Spirit Week. The feeling of pride was so intense, you almost felt compelled to show your school spirit. It was truly something to behold.
