The Internet and Computing Core Certification (IC³) program
is the world's first validated, standards-based training and certification
program for basic computing and Internet knowledge and skills.
Successful completion of IC³ ensures you have the knowledge
and skills required for basic use of computer hardware, software,

A+ Certification
Students learn about computer hardware and operating systems.
They build and refurbish computers to place into computer labs
both at Eastern and other schools. If successful, students will
attain the A+ certification by COMPTIA. |

Advanced A+
This is a course for students who did not attain their A+ Certification
in the first year. This hands-on class will repair machines
throughout the school, prepare labs and networks and review
course materials from the A+ curriculum not mastered during
the first year. |

Adobe Certified Associate - Web Communication Using Dreamweaver
Adobe Dreamweaver is an industry leading web development software tool what enables a Web designer to design, develop, and maintain Web sites and Web applications. The Web Design I and Web Design II classes prepare for this exam through hands-on standards-based practice and preparation. |

Adobe Certified Associate - Rich Media Communication with Flash
Adobe Flash is an industry leading rich media communications software. It enables users to create and publish animations, video, text, audio, and images. These multimedia projects can be disseminated to a wide variety of digital media.

Adobe Photoshop is an industry leading image editing and creativity software. This certification allows users to show their expertise in design, print, multimedia, and other visual communications.

Microsoft Office Certification
This course focuses on the Microsoft Office Suite programs of
Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access. This course provides the
student with an in-depth knowledge of each program at the expert
level. Students will become proficient in these programs by
concentrating on the objectives for the Microsoft Office User
Specialist certification. |

Net+/Security+
The objective of this course is to prepare students for the Comptia Net+ Exam and to prepare students for job-related tasks as a network professional. A final class project will be assigned to help students gain real-world experience. |
