Cheerleaders at Pep Rally“E-A-G-L-E-S, We are the Eagles, and we are the best!”  is the common cheer that can be heard reverberating around the stadium and gymnasium throughout football and basketball season.  The Varsity Cheerleading Team consists of twenty amazingly talented young ladies whom all tried out for the team this past May.

The girls quickly displayed their abundance of talent at NCA camp in Bowling Green, KY, by having each team member nominated for the prestigious individual All-American Cheerleading Team award while winning first place in the varsity division as the NCA Performance Top Team.  After securing a bid to NCA High School Cheerleading Nationals in Dallas, Texas, the cheerleaders began to practice even harder, dedicating long hours over the summer to work on a routine that should help them bring home a National Championship Title. 

The cheerleaders are extremely excited to cheer under the bright lights of the football stadium and in front of the crowded standing room only student section at basketball games!  This talent-filled team has an incredible amount of heart, school spirit, and dedication which is apparent to anyone who watches them at games and competitions!
