Library Rules

• Use quiet voices
  
• No food, drinks, running or playing
  
• Keep your body and objects to yourself
  
• Work cooperatively with peers
  
• Work during all work times
  
• Look and listen to the person speaking
  
• Follow book checkout procedures
  
• Follow the JCPS acceptable use policies when using the computers
  
• Open library time is a privilege, use it wisely

• Take pride in your library and use it prudently
  
• Accept no less than the best of yourself
  
• Stay focused and think
  
• Expand your interest and abilities
  
• Give praise instead of put downs
  
• Help others by fixing wrongs
  
• Treat everyone fairly, including yourself
  
• Seek wise people as advisers and friends
  
• Strive to be trustworthy, responsible and respected
  
• Seek to build peace at home, at school and in the community each day
