Phillis Wheatley's Family Resource Center
Offering students opportunities for personal, academic and social growth to enhance the knowledge they gain in the classroom. We make every effort to assist parents/guardians in removing barriers that may slow down our student's academic progress. Some of the programs we offer are:
- Counseling Services
- Drum Corp
- Cheerleading Squad
- Student Technology Leadership Program
- Family Centered Activities
- Family Read Nights
Our leadership program allows the students to participate in a series of activities focusing on personal responsibility, grooming, behavioral expectations, middles school expectations and growing up as healthy young men and young ladies.
Our regular hours of operation are 8:30 to 4:30. Appointment for times other than these hours may be possible. Please contact Ann Haigler at 485-8858.
