Student Technology Leadership Program

Welcome to Shelby Elementary's STLP website! The STLP is open to 4th and 5th grade students who are in good academic standing in their regular classes. STLP students meet once or more during the week to do technology projects and help other students and teachers with their technology needs.

Our big project beginning in fall, 2005, has been the Isaac Shelby History Project, a web-published collection of information, interviews, and pictures about the school and its namesake. Check it out here!

Check our work from STLP Summer Camp 2006! We went to Blackacre State Nature Preserve and worked on slide shows with Animal structures and functions. Students--log in to JCPS Online to see our work!

Check our work from STLP Summer Camp 2005! We went to Blackacre State Nature Preserve and learned about Food Chains and Food Webs. Then we built our website to show everyone what we learned.
