Extracurricular Eligibility

Students who participate in any extracurricular activities (basketball, cheerleading, WMCE, etc.) must not have any grades lower than a C in academic and behavior performance.  Students are not allowed to audition or try out for these activities with any grades lower than a C. If a student is already participating in an activity and receives a grade lower than a C, he or she is put on probation; the student may practice but not participate in the official activity until improvement is shown.  Parents are required to pick up their students on time when bus transportation is not provided.  After one late pick-up, at the discretion of the activity sponsor, a child may be dismissed from that activity.
