Get Involved

Parent involvement and community support are valued by JCPS, and visitors are always welcome. However, although school are public institutions, visitors do not have the right to unlimited access within the building. Unapproved drop-in visits are not allowed, since they tend to disrupt the instructional environment. Visitors cannot be allowed to interrupt classes, school programs, or school business.

• We encourage all parents to join the Parent Teacher Association (PTA) and become active members.
• Parent volunteers are always welcome at Kerrick with approval of the School Volunteer Records Check Form under the Parents link.
• Additional information on how you can become involved will be in our Kerrick Courier newsletter under the Newsletter link.
• Each time you come to help at school, please be sure to register in the office and get a visitor's pass.
