We celebrate READING in March with Dr.Seuss.

Family Reading and Literacy Night!

In the classroom...

Our days are busy. We are choosing work independently and communicating our needs to friends in an appropriate way (verbally).

- Math -

counting objects to 10 with accuracy (one number for one object)

rote counting past 39

rote counting by 10's

patterning

measuring (non-standard)

learning about place value (1's, 10's, 100's, 1000's)

practicing word problems with addition and subtraction

classifying objects by their properties (color, shape, material, size, purpose)
