Get Involved
Want to volunteer? We have lots of ways you can get involved with Frayser Elementary!
Things to sign up for:
- PTA- Contact Terri Daniel to become a member of Frayser's PTA! PTA is responsible for fundraisers that help students with school supplies, field trips and other school wide functions.
- Harvest and Fall Festivals- sign up to run a both, help with games or serve food.Contact Terri Daniel for information on how you can help.
- SBDM Council- Become a leader at Frayser Elementary and help make decisions that make a difference by volunteering for the School Based Decision Making Council. Contact Charlene Preher for more information.
- I Love to Read Day- Share your love of reading with the students at Frayser Elementary! Volunteer to read to classes of students in celebration of Dr. Suess' birthday. Contact Jennifer Grimes for more information.
- Every 1 Reads- Volunteers for this district wide reading program will work one on one with students to help raise their reading level. The district goal is to have all JCPS students reading at or above grade level by 2008! Contact Frayser's Family Resource Center for more information.
- Field Day- Volunteer for the end of the year Field Day! To volunteer contact Shelia West.
