There is a place for your child at Breckinridge-Franklin Elementary! Students learn in bright and colorful classrooms, each of which is equipped with computers.

Students improve their writing abilities in the school's writing lab and learn technological skills in the school's large computer lab. A science lab which offers age-appropriate scientific exploration.

A large media center offers a well-equipped library and is connected to a student news production studio. Each morning, a crew of five students delivers the WBFE morning update with school announcements, news, and student birthdays.

All students study Spanish and participate weekly in art, music, physical education, computer and library classes.

Student achievement is always worthy of celebration so Breckinridge-Franklin holds several events throughout the year to celebrate the school's Writing Stars, students who have Proficient-level writing skills. More of the school's top academic performers are celebrated during Literacy Night and Math Night.

Extracurricular activities include the award-winning Quick Recall Team, which practices on Thursday, and the Problem Solving Team, which practices on Friday. The school offers many opportunities for PE, and exercise in a large gymnasium and two acres of school grounds.
