Quality Control personnel ensure that the lines of communication with principals, plant operators and area maintenance staff are always open, as they relate to the workmanship and time frames in which work orders are completed. The Customer Service aspect of this ensures that resolving problems always remains the first priority. This unit also coordinates schedules and maintains a database on the condition of every JCPS facility through the Thursday Site Visit Program.
