How to Set up a
VCR, DVD, or CD Presentation
in the Flex Rooms at Gheens Academy
The demonstrations on this page show you how to set up a VCR, DVD, or CD presentation in the Flex rooms at Gheens. The setup in these rooms is somewhat different from the setup required in the smaller meeting rooms. The menu at the bottom of the page will allow you to select other possible setups.
Below you will see a link to a PowerPoint PDF Demo and a short QuickTime movie on how to set up a Cable TV presentation in the Flex A and Flex B Auditoriums at Gheens. This set up is slightly different from the other meeting rooms at Gheens. The PowerPoint PDF will show better detail of the objects involved in the setup.

Additional Audio/Visual Equipment Available
In addition to the specialized equipment above, each meeting room also has, as standard equipment, an overhead projector, a projector screen, and microphone system.
When filling out room reservation forms, be sure to mention any additional audio/visual needs you may have. If you do not reserve any additional needs ahead of time, it may not be immediately available to you.
