What will I do during my first months on the job? That’s a question I was asked in July at a JCPS community forum — before I even got the job. Clearly, the community wants me to hit the ground running and get to work right away on enhancing schools and boosting academic performance. That’s why I developed an initial 90-day plan. And, though my first 90 days have passed, the short-term actions we accomplished have set the stage for continuous long-range improvements that are outlined in the updated 90-Day and Beyond plan.
